Shipping

At Made on Monday, we keep things simple and reliable. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you:

UK Shipping Only

We currently ship within the UK only.

Flat Rate Shipping

All orders are sent at a flat rate of £3.95.

Your parcel will be sent via a tracked service (Evri) so you can follow it on its way to you.

Processing Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Fabric Orders

All fabric is cut to order. Multiple units will be sent as one continuous piece where possible.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days depending on your location and the postal service.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch so we can help track it down.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sewing patterns and PDF instructions are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

Any physical items sold through the website are also non-returnable, unless they are found to be faulty. Please contact info@whatkimberleymakes.com if you have any queries.
